Details	An apparent firmware bug in a top-of-rack switch stack member caused all ports of that member switch to shutdown. This resulted in a number of devices going offline, affecting a subset of VPS and firewall clients within that rack. After engineers confirmed the switchports to be unresponsive, the stack was reloaded, returning connectivity after a successful boot up. We are continuing to closely monitor the device and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our team should you be experiencing connectivity issues.
